We buy only from the official distributors authorised by each manufacturer (GSK, Pfizer, Abbott, Sanofi, Hilton Pharma, Searle, etc.). Every batch is checked for batch number, expiry and tamper-seal before it enters our shelves.

Cold-chain, end to end
Insulin, vaccines and biologics are stored at 2–8°C and shipped in validated cold boxes with a temperature log attached to each parcel. Excursions trigger automatic replacement, no questions asked.
