Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Ailaaj's website, mobile application and services (the "Platform"), operated by Ailaaj Pharmacy (Pvt) Ltd, a company licensed by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP Licence No. R-2387). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Pakistan to use the Platform.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Prescription medicines

  • Rx-only items can only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
  • Our pharmacist may refuse, modify or substitute an order on clinical or regulatory grounds.
  • You confirm the prescription belongs to the patient named on the order.
  • Misuse, diversion, or attempting to obtain controlled substances without authority is prohibited and reported.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

  • Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
  • We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
  • Accepted methods include card, Easypaisa, JazzCash and (where available) cash on delivery.
  • Subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save") require an auto-chargeable method; you authorise us to charge it on each cycle until you cancel.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the ETA shown at checkout but do not guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control (weather, traffic, regulatory inspections). Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

See our Refund Policy. Opened or partially used medicines cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons.

7. Subscriptions

  • You may skip, pause, change cadence or cancel at any time before the next charge — no fees.
  • Already-shipped orders cannot be reversed.
  • We will email you 3 days before each charge with a one-tap link to skip or change.

8. Acceptable use

You will not: misrepresent identity, upload false prescriptions, scrape or interfere with the Platform, resell items obtained from us, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, branding, content and software are owned by Ailaaj or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

10. Disclaimers

Information on the Platform is for general guidance and does not replace medical advice from a qualified professional. Do not rely on it for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ailaaj's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or to comply with law. You may close your account at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
