Warnings & interactions
Warnings:
Must always be used in combination therapy (not alone) Risk of hepatitis B reactivation in co-infected patients Monitor liver function during therapy May cause fatigue, headache, anemia (if combined with ribavirin) Dose adjustment may be required in severe renal impairment (depending on regimen)
