Panadol CF Tablets contains Paracetamol + Pseudoephedrine + Chlorpheniramine. It is commonly used for fast relief from headaches, body pain, period pain and fever. Manufactured by GSK Pakistan under DRAP-licensed facilities and stored in temperature-controlled conditions until dispatch.
Adults & children >12 yrs: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Always read the label.
Mild nausea, restlessness, difficulty sleeping (caffeine effect). Stop and consult a doctor if you notice rash, swelling, or yellowing of skin.
