Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, metallic taste, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, dark urine. Rarely: peripheral neuropathy and seizures with prolonged use. Avoid alcohol during treatment and for at least 48 hours after the last dose due to the risk of a disulfiram-like reaction.
