Warnings:
Brufen Suspension (Ibuprofen) may cause stomach irritation, especially if taken on an empty stomach. Can increase risk of stomach bleeding if used in high doses or for long periods. May affect kidney function, especially in dehydrated children. Use only for short-term relief unless advised by a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended dose based on age or weight. Stop and seek medical help if breathing difficulty, severe rash, or swelling occurs.
Avoid If:
Your child is allergic to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs (like aspirin). There is a history of Peptic Ulcer Disease or gastrointestinal bleeding. The child has severe kidney disease or significant dehydration. The child has NSAID-induced asthma or sensitivity. It is not recommended in some cases of Dengue Fever due to bleeding risk.
